HourCalio is operated by Jefferson Thales Borges Chaves, Miami, Florida, United States (“we”).

Entries are processed in your browser. They are not sent to HourCalio servers, stored in cookies or added to page addresses.

Copy, Export CSV and Print create the text or file on your device. HourCalio does not receive it.

HourCalio uses your browser's local storage only if you turn on “Save this time card on this device”. The time card then stays in this browser so it is still there when you come back.

It never leaves your device. It is removed 90 days after it was last saved, when you select “Clear saved data”, when you turn saving off, or when you clear this site's data in your browser.

The HourCalio site does not set cookies.

HourCalio does not use analytics or other tracking tools in this release.

HourCalio does not show ads in this release. Before any ads or analytics are turned on, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where it is required.

HourCalio is served as static pages from a virtual private server rented from Hostinger. To deliver a page, the server necessarily receives your IP address and basic information about your browser.

HourCalio does not keep access logs of the pages you visit. Technical error messages may be recorded to fix problems; they are limited in size, overwritten as new ones arrive, and never contain calculator entries, because entries are not sent to the server.

We do not keep calculator entries. A saved time card stays on your device until it expires or you clear it. Server error messages are overwritten as new ones arrive.

You can use every calculator without an account or personal information. You decide whether a time card is saved on your device and can delete it at any time.

HourCalio is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its effective date.
