  2. Pick 12-hour or 24-hour time, and whether to include the unpaid break column and signature lines.
  3. Select Print / Save as PDF, or download the CSV template to fill in a spreadsheet.
  4. Each day, write the clock-in and clock-out times. Leave days you did not work blank.
  5. To total the card, enter the same times in the Time Card Calculator.

How it works

Hours worked for a day are the time between clock in and clock out, minus unpaid breaks. A shift that ends after midnight belongs to the day it started.

A biweekly card keeps two seven-day weeks, each with its own total, because HourCalio counts overtime one workweek at a time.

Formula
hours worked = clock out − clock in − unpaid break
Privacy. Nothing you choose here is saved or sent anywhere. The card has no personal details: write names by hand.

Frequently asked questions

Is the time card free?

Yes. Print it, save it as a PDF or download the CSV template as often as you need, with no sign-up.

Can I total my hours automatically?

Yes. Enter the same times in the Time Card Calculator. It adds daily and weekly totals and estimates overtime.

Does the CSV template open in Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. It is a plain CSV file with one row per day and total rows. It has no formulas, so add your own if you want the spreadsheet to total the hours.

Should I print a weekly or a biweekly card?

Match your pay period. A biweekly card has 14 days split into Week 1 and Week 2, each with its own total line.

What paper size does it use?

US Letter, portrait. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF to keep a digital copy.
